What to Expect

  • Head to the top of Dubai’s highest building on the world’s fastest elevator for panoramic views of the city.
  • Once you return from the observation deck, you can enjoy your hot beverage and pastry of the day from The Cafe located at the ground floor.
  • Children under 4 years of age is free of cost.
  • You may show your voucher with the QR code on your mobile phone or print them out.
  • You are required to carry a valid photo-ID to retrieve your tickets at the will-call window at Burj Khalifa.
  • Tickets can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to your designated time slot.
  • There are no refunds for hazy weather as it’s difficult to guarantee weather conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • This is a booking voucher only in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.
  • Burj Khalifa attraction Tickets come with different time slots. Our website allows you a selection to choose the current available time slots for the Burj Khalifa Ticket.
  • Bring the Ticket Voucher along with your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top ‘Will Call’ counter.
  • The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time..
  • Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
  • Lost, damaged and / or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
  • This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
Terms And Conditions
  • Booking and Reservation should be made 24 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
  • We can only confirmed the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
  • Cancellation Should be done 48 Hrs. before the actual tours. NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid. If Cancellation is made before 48 Hours Full Refund will be made, less than 24 hours but after 48 hours 50% refund will be made.
  • No refund is allowed for any missed tours. Adventure Trip Tourism will not arrange any alternative vehicles for the guest if the guest did not show up on the location during the pick-up timing stated on the tours.
