What to Expect

  1. Seating arrangement for all transfers is as per the availability & it is allotted either by Representative.  The pickup/drop off timing can be modified as per sun down the schedule. This also may change depending on traffic & weather conditions and time of the day. 
  2. Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months. Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours with extra cost.
  3. Looking after your own valuable belonging is solely in your own liability and responsibility.
  4. Strollers can be allowed inside the vehicles if informed prior to reservation. Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult or parents in any activities of the tour and excursion.
  5. Prices shown are in AED (UAE Currency) based on rates in effect at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
  6. The actual transfer times may vary up to 30 minutes to the time listed on the website. On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol and there will be no live entertainment. 
  7. Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking. 
  8. We advise you to ensure before making a booking that you have and/or you will be able to provide all the required documents to enable you to travel. Please go through our website and/or check with our staff to ascertain the required documentation.
  9. Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
  10. Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines. 
  11. Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
  12. Please always avoid public displays of affection as a mark of respect for local customs.

Terms And Conditions
  • Booking and Reservation should be made 24 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
  • We can only confirmed the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
  • Cancellation Should be done 48 Hrs. before the actual tours. NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid. If Cancellation is made before 48 Hours Full Refund will be made, less than 24 hours but after 48 hours 50% refund will be made.
  • No refund is allowed for any missed tours. Adventure Trip Tourism will not arrange any alternative vehicles for the guest if the guest did not show up on the location during the pick-up timing stated on the tours.
